Behringer Harvard Signs RDM to Re-measure Tallest Building in Wichita

Real Estate technology and services provider, Real Data Management was recently signed by Behringer Harvard to perform re-measurement services for two buildings in their Wichita, Kansas portfolio. The buildings, which were acquired by Behringer Harvard in 2007, make up over 340,000 square feet of rentable space.

Located in the Central Business District, The Epic Center is most notable as the tallest building in the state of Kansas and towers over the city of Wichita at 325 feet tall. The 289,000 square feet which comprise the building, include a 3,000 square foot grand lobby entrance and 22 stories of office space. The Epic Center is home to many high-profile tenants as well as government agencies.

RDM technicians will be in Wichita from October 11-20 to re-measure The Epic Center and One Brittany Place for Behringer Harvard.
