Head elves Ryan Green and Cat Hockstein lead the RDM team in taking part in New York Cares’ Winter Wishes program. The Winter Wishes program receives thousands of “holiday wish letters” throughout the year from schools, churches and shelters around NYC. The program then provides these letters to willing individuals and organizations looking for the opportunity to help grant holiday wishes for those in need.
RDM contacted Winter Wishes and received 10 letters from elementary school P.S. 262 in the Stuyvesant Heights area of Brooklyn. The entire RDM team banded together to help organize, wrap and deliver the gifts in time for their annual holiday event where the children will be given their Winter Wishes gifts with a surprise visit from Santa.
